“On 22nd of March, 2013 the amendment of art. 173 of the Data communication law came into force. Art. 173 refers to storing information called cookies.
Art. 173. 1. Storing the information or obtaining the access to the information already stored in data communication end device of the subscriber or the end user is permitted provided: 1) the subscriber or the user will be directly informed in a definite manner, easy and underatandable about: a) the purpose for storing and obtaining the access to this information, b) possibility to define the conditions for storing or obtaining the access to this information by means of settings of the software installed in end data information device used by him or the configuration of the service; 2) the subscriber or the end user, after obtaining the information, referred to in point 1, expresses the consent for it; 3) storing the information or obtaining for it the access does not cause changes in configuration in data communication end device of the user or the end user and software installed in the device. 2. The subscriber or the final user may express the consent referred to in it. 1 point 2, by means of settings of the software installed in the data communication end devices installed by him or the configuration of the service.”
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies – this is small text information, sent by the WWW server and recorded on the site of the user (on a hard disc, the place on the disc is established by the search engine).
The parameters of the cookies allow for reading the information contained therein only by the server which created it. The computer will make the information available in „cookies” exclusively on the website from which it comes.
The cookies aim at allowing to remember particular information by the server on session of Internet connection. Using cookies files and similar technologies aims at also adjusting the service to the meeds of the users and for statistic purposes.
RODZAJE PLIKÓW COOKIES WYKORZYSTYWANYCH W SERWISIE:
There are two types of “cookies” files used – “session” and “fixed” Session cokies are the temporary files which remain on the device of the user until loging out from the Internet sire or switching off the software (search engine). We use „cookies” connected with session for technical reasons, for example in order to allow for better navigation on the site so that you will be able to adjust your preferences connected with using the and for remembering loged users.
“Fixed” cookies files remain on the device of the user for the time defined in parameters of the “cookies” files or until their manual removal by the user. Th cookies of the type are preserved on hard disc of the user for defining which users are new on the site and which come back.
PARAMETERS WHICH THE SITE PLACES IN THE FORM OF COOKIES:
the resolution of the monitor (for the statistics) coded hash of the session (security), coded base64 additional information of the session (for statistics), ID of the viewer (for statistics), the option “remember me” during loging (hash do autologing, fixed cookies), service of probes (security, for statistics), for remembering specific settings of the user (or statistics, fixed cookies), service of the cart of the goods in Internet shop. None of the cookies files are used in advertisement and personal data is not made available to third persons. In the files we do not store any personal data (it is not recorded in data base) only in case of loginng it may be stored in the form of login and password – but only after approval of the user and one may always remove it.
COOKIES FROM EXTERNAL SERVICES:
On the website there are cookies files from partner services of the operator of external site. They are subject to their own privacy policy.
FILES COOKIES GOOGLE ANALITICS:
When the user uses the Google service, we use different technologies for collecting and recording the information – it may cover e.g. sending at least one or more cookie files or anonymous ID to his device. The cookies files and anonymous ID we use also when the user has an an interraction with services which we iffer to our partners such as advertisement services or the Google functions operating in other istes.
